The Art Department
The Art Department guides students through developing their picture making skills from the basic, to the refined. Junior students cover a wide variety of topics, balancing practical skill development with conceptual activities and personal expression leading to Level 1.
As Senior Students at levels Two and Three they specialise in three major Art disciplines: Design, Painting and Photography.
Level Three students may choose Art History, which takes a scholarly approach towards the history and theory of Art.
The Art Department is staffed by teachers who are skilled and enthusiastic, and have experience in making Art on a professional level.
