Entry Requirement: Level 1 Digital Technology OR HOD approval.

Course Outline:  This is not a beginners’ course.  This course focuses on improving the student’s information literacy skills.  There is a focus on research, communication, problem solving and information skills.  Students will be required to develop solutions to given technology briefs and use the design process to complete the various tasks using a variety of software programs - word processing, spreadsheets, database, research, design, presentations and web design.  This course offers Unit Standards and is 100% internally assessed.  Students use PCs for this course.
