Level:  Three and Scholarship

Entry Requirement:   Approval of the HOD of Maths with a minimum of Achieved in AS 2.1 Algebra, 2.2 Graphing, 2.3 Calculus, 2.9 Trigonometry Equations but Merit or Excellence is preferred.

Course Outline:   This course requires a high level of Algebra skills and focuses on Calculus and Trigonometry. It is a stimulating but demanding course and tutoring is offered during the year to help students who are struggling with the content, while another group focuses on the additional work required for the Scholarship examination. There is regular assessment during the year to monitor student progress as only one Achievement Standard is assessed internally. This course is approved for University Entrance requirements.
