Course Outline: This programme consists of four periods of PE and two periods of Health during a 10 day rotation. Students will enjoy activities such as Self Defence (Level 2 Certificate), Golf, Squash, Unihoc, Resistance training, Aerobics/Taebo/Judo, Fitness and Netball. The health programme covers topics such as Health Lifestyles, Keeping Ourselves Safe, Risk taking and Drugs and Alcohol.
