2011 BUS INFORMATION

TIMEFRAMES:

Monday to Friday: 
School finishes at 3.20pm. 

3.30 pm   Gordonton, Oriini - Please contact Greenline Motors to let them know you wish to use this service.
  
3.30 pm   Pirongia, Te Pahu 
 
3.30 pm   Huntly

All depart from HGHS bus bay - NO CARS IN THIS AREA.

All other buses:  Depart from Transport Centre, Bryce Street, normal times

  • It is important to ensure girls get on buses provided at school. 
    This assists with general traffic safety at the end of the day.
  • HCC and Environment Waikato are working hard to ensure the Transport Centre is well supervised.
  • To assist buses get away promptly at end of day, we ask that all students:
    (1)   Top up bus cards in the morning, not as they get on after school.
    (2)   Have bus cards out ready for driver.

 

Safety Rules:

  1. It is imperative that there is no running between buses.
  2. Pedestrains will all leave either via Tainui Street or the Hill Street entrances.  This includes the girls catching their buses at the Transport Centre.
     
    Vehicle Traffic:  Students being dropped off or picked up: all are to use the Hill Street entrances only.
