Course Outline:  Nearly all vocations require employees to be computer literate.  This course offers students the opportunity to use the computer as a tool.  Students will develop keyboarding skills using the correct fingering to enable them to enter data quickly, accurately and efficiently whilst using the correct posture.  The software used in this course will develop the basic principles of file management, word processing and spreadsheets.  Students will learn the basic skills of web searching, email ettiquette and gain an understanding of cybersafety.  There may be an opportunity to work on a software programme of your choice during this course.

Costs:  $5.00 for stationery card for printing
