Help support our Tool Black, Hamilton Girls’ High School old girl Chelcie Kuriger get to Brazil to represent New Zealand in her trade Automotive Technology.

Chelcie Kuriger

The Tool Blacks have been working incredibly hard to make it into the team, putting in hours and hours of training on top of their day jobs, and as you can imagine we are pretty proud of their achievements. It’s not every day you get to represent New Zealand on such a large scale.
With that however, comes a total cost of $568,000 to send the Tool Blacks team over to compete in Brazil and WorldSkills New Zealand is appealing to friends of the organisation to support the team.

There are various ways you can do this:

·         Like the WorldSkills New Zealand Facebook page

·         Donate directly to individual competitors/skill categories, or the whole team by visiting the website

·         Coming to see the team off at Auckland Airport on 6 August (see the website for details).
