International Administrator Advert 

Hamilton Girls’ High School
Part-time | 15–20 hours per week | Term time only | Starting January 2026

Hamilton Girls’ High School is seeking a highly organised and approachable International Administrator to join our International Department from January 2026.

This role supports the smooth operation of our international programme and provides quality care and communication for our international students, their families, and homestay community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the International Student Director and wider team

  • Managing student records, enrolments, and documentation

  • Liaising with students, parents, agents, and homestay providers

  • Assisting with student orientation, travel, and events

  • Ensuring compliance with the Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice

The successful applicant will:

  • Have excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Be confident with databases, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace (KAMAR and  eSchool experience an advantage)

  • Be culturally sensitive and able to build strong relationships across diverse backgrounds

  • Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail

  • Ideally have experience working in international education or a school administration environment

This is a part-time, term-time only position (15–20 hours per week), offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success and wellbeing of our international students within a supportive school environment.

Hostel

Sonninghill Hostel is always on the lookout for casual staff to join our team! As a Boarding Assistant, you’ll be part of a supportive and friendly team, helping ensure our hostel runs smoothly while providing a safe and welcoming environment for our students.  

What We Offer:

Flexible Working Hours – Choose shifts that fit around your schedule!

Variety of Roles & Responsibilities – Every day is different! Help with meal preparation, housekeeping, supervising students, driving students to sporting activities and supporting the hostel team.
