We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Exam Assistants to serve as a Reader/Writer for our end-of-year assessments. This role is crucial in ensuring that all students have the opportunity to perform their best under standardized conditions. If you are reliable, patient, and possess good academic and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Read the activity brief or questions to the student and
Read their answers back to them or
Write or type for them or
Read and write or type for the student.
Write down students’ verbal answers legibly and fluently.
Assist with any necessary reading or writing tasks during the exam.
Provide supervision for examinations
If you are a fluent typist or comfortable working online there are also roles available.
No qualifications are required The school provides training for the assistants.
Ability to read and write at an academic level with comfort.
Legible and fluent handwriting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
A degree of proficiency in text messaging and email communication

Training will be provided to ensure compliance with exam protocols and standards.
