Losaline Lose, Sara Jury and Zarah Rattray medal at the NZ Championships held at Newtown Park, Wellington, from the 2nd-5th March.
Losaline Lose is the NZ Champion for the U18 Discus, throwing 45.82m as a 15 year old. Loseline also placed third in the U18 Hammer Throw. Zarah Rattray, also 15 years old, was part of the U18 4 x 100m WAIBOP relay team which almost broke 50s, winning gold in a time of 50.01s. Zarah also placed 3rd in the U18 Triple Jump with a distance of 10.53m. Sara Jury received a silver medal in the U18 2000m Steeplechase with a time of 7:34.98.
